Tesla, Amazon, Nvidia stocks set to surge after U.S. and China agree to slash tariffs

Ahead of the open of U.S. markets later, shares of Tesla jumped 8%, Amazon climbed 7%, Apple rose 5% and Nvidia rose over 5% on Tradegate.
